Contrived from a piece commissioned by the group in 2022, VE-Rec. is an initiative produced by Valette Ensemble to spotlight composers entering the profession & provide them the opportunity for their works to be recorded by a live string quartet. Each VE-Rec. features a performance video of a commissioned work, released alongside composer & performer interviews.
